Are you guys insured?

Yes we carry Limited Liability 1 million/2 million 

How do I reserve your services?

Schedule an event consultation we then give a customized quote and we sign the contract 

If I’m not near to you how can I have a consultation?

Phone or Skype we recommend you reserve 30-45 minutes 

Can you perform outside of Florida?

Yes we do. Price will be the same if it’s on the outside the coverage area you’ll have to cover the gas for transportation if outside the state you’ll have to cover gas, hotel & food. 

Do I need to put a deposit to book a date?

Yes usually 50% 

Do I have to pay everything before the event?

Yes must be paid in full at least 30 days prior 

Do you guys provide Day of Coordination?

Yes we do 

How long does it take to set up a photo booth?

5 – 30 minutes 

How many people fit in a photo booth?

3 – 10 

Will I get confirmation during the week before the event?

Yes you will 

Do you charge for initial meeting?

No. All initial consultations are complimentary 

What form of payment do you accept?

Cash, Check, and Credit/Debit cards 

Will staff help out with photo booth?

Yes there will be at least one on-site attendant 

If I request a step & repeat how long does it stay to be used?

The duration of your event 

Is it possible to choose black & white or color in the photo booth?

Yes, Some packages even include more options! 

How long do I have to wait for the pictures of the photo booth?

Approx 7-15 sec 

How long does it take to make a flip book?

Just a few minutes 

Is the photo booth handicap accessible?

We do have booths that can accommodate 

How many photos can my guests take?

Unlimited 

What options do we have to customize the photo booth for our event?

We have many options. You can see them all in our rental packages 

Can you set up outside?

Yes, all we need is a standard electrical outlet to power the equipment and a covered area and a hard surface. Please contact one of our representatives for additional info 

I already have a photographer why do I need a photo booth?

Universal Party Management could fill the time your guest are waiting when the photographer steals you away. They will receive their own picture right away and it becomes the perfect party favor. You also get all the candid shots and videos to keep for yourself
